Excellent experience friendly and so helpful. I have 8 week old twins and there was no trouble to help me from the car or when one was a little upset and I was feeding the other. Everything was explained very clearly by the consultant who was professional caring and very supportive. The nurse who also assisted was all of these things as well. The booking process was also seamless.

The clinic was very clean and waiting room had some toys for my child to play with. The staff was very friendly. Dr Venu had a really good approach and was very knowledgeable. Great service!

We could not have had a better experience. Mr Khemani was extremely professional but also kind and sympathetic. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly while also answering any questions we had.

I would like to personally thank Dr Jawad for the way he approached and treated my 9 year old at an appointment last week. My son is autistic and non verbal and I absolutely dread any appointment knowing my son will be a challenge. However this appointment was surprisingly not the case and instead I was left feeling at ease as Dr Jawad responded to my son’s needs and was able to communicate to him in a way I have never come experienced before. He was so patient, understanding and caring, I have never had a positive experience like this before and this means so much as it was one less stress to deal with. Dr Jawad is an absolute asset to you organisation and I was so fortunate to have him see my son, I just wish there would be more people like him! Please pass on my thank you and how appreciative I was in the way he treated my son, it means so much to a child and his mum who faces so many daily challenges.
