Dr Venu listened to us very carefully which was reassuring. He also clearly understands the issues. We came away feeling encouraged that there are things that can be done to improve my daughter’s quality of life.

Paediatric diagnostics is an absolutely exceptional children’s hospital. It is centred around making children feel very comfortable. It was very clean and all of the staff were so friendly. My son needed a few tests including a blood test, ultrasound and an allergy test. My son was very very nervous about the blood test however Femi made him feel so so much better. He built up a great rapport with my son which put him at ease. I cannot thank Femi enough for really helping my son get through the appointment. For the ultrasound we saw Dr Woods who again was very friendly. He made my son feel very comfortable and spoke to him throughout the scan. My son also had an allergy test, I unfortunately cannot remember the name of the nurse who conducted it however she was absolutely fantastic. She explained everything so clearly to my son and made him feel really comfortable. We also saw Dr Hii who was equally as fantastic. Explained everything thoroughly and listened to all of our concerns. What is apparent is that all of the staff really listen, they also spoke directly to my son in order to make him feel comfortable. I would highly recommend.
