All staff were friendly and thorough and excellent communication particularly with my child. We arrived early and were seen early.

Lovely and helpful staff. Very accommodating and organised. They arranged all my daughters checks on the same day, and since we arrived early, they even started some examinations ahead of time. They carried out thorough checks and explain everything clearly. The facilities were also very clean and well-maintained.

I’m really pleased that we were able to organise everything for you in one setting ,this is something we prioritise, as we know how valuable your time is.

All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Extremely knowledgable and spent time putting myself and my daughter at ease. Both the consultant and nurse listened to my concerns and were able to answer all my question's. We were given as much time as we needed and did not feel rushed at all. Would 100% recommend!

We had to get our 1 year old son tested for food allergies, we had to take blood samples and the pediatric phlebotomist was amazing! My son barely even noticed they were being taken! He sang to him and distracted him enough that they quickly became friends and my son trusted him.
Thank you for your feedback. We understand that having a blood test can sometimes feel like a difficult experience for both children and parents. That’s why we work hard to make the process as comfortable and positive as possible.
