The staff were all very professional which gave confidence in the service they were providing. It was a calm and efficient experience and I am very pleased to have discovered Optegra. Thank you.

I can not elaborate on the top markings I gave to three questions but the Reception team need to step up a level to be on par with the friendly and caring level of the eye professionals.

I had a very positive experience at Optegra, with a friendly welcome and a professional consultation. Everyone took time to explain exactly what he or she was doing and why.

The staff were all clearly experts in their particular field. They provided a running commentary of what was being done and what the next stage was. After treatment the instructions, medication and follow up were excellent. I am very happy with the outcome of the two surgical sessions with resultant vision that I had decades ago.

My experience was very good. I was terrified but put at ease by all the staff. I a. Having another cataract operation next week but am much more relaxed about it hVing had one done already

I have given 5 stars for each category mentioned. I cannot fault the experience I had at Optegra, Guildford when Miss Anne Gilvarry removed a cataract from my left eye on 18th July. The staff were all extremely friendly and very reassuring and all the tests were carried out efficiently. Miss Gilvarry made the procedure as comfortable as possible and always informed me of what she was about to do and what to expect. I was out after just 2 hours and felt perfectly alright to go to a lunch the next day! The follow up appointment was very thorough, so much so that Miss Gilvarry said she was not totally happy with my eye and has asked to see me again in 3 weeks. I will certainly recommend Optegra Guildford and Miss Gilvarry without any hesitation.

It was an easy experience. Follow up with the GP hasn’t been as quick although Secretary at Optegra was on the ball.
