When I came here I was in bit of a state as I was worried about my medication but after talking to the nurses and talking to Ricky I have come to terms with this and became more settled. I have felt absolutely cared for I can come to any staff and speak about my issues , I got a lot from groups and my peers have been great. I did not think I would be doing groups but I have really enjoyed them

Brilliant experience staff are amazing.

Its imperative to get booked into a detox centre as soon as you recognise you have a drinking problem and I would highly recommend as my experience has been highly satisfactory.

The the staff was very caring and helpful at all times. All the staff went above and beyond for me during my time.

I feel like treatment has changed my views on my addiction and made me look at it a different way. I have learnt how to set up certain boundaries and restrictions to prevent a relapse. hopefully taking forward to a sustained recovery.

Overall the experience was very helpful. Staff were very attentive and if you needed anything you could go to the office and 9 times out of ten it was sorted quickly. The staff were friendly and professional. I got a lot out of the program and took a lot onboard. I feel confidence and focused as I have a plan.

Admitted 2 days after initial enquiry. Physical and therapeutic care of an excellent standard. Staff display compassion, respect and preserve dignity in all interactions with myself and those I have witnessed towards peers. There is always appropriate humour and active effort to maintain a positive environment.
