Admitted 2 days after initial enquiry. Physical and therapeutic care of an excellent standard. Staff display compassion, respect and preserve dignity in all interactions with myself and those I have witnessed towards peers. There is always appropriate humour and active effort to maintain a positive environment.

These last 10 days have been one of the most safe living and caring 10 days I have felt in the last 10 years, I felt I could benopen at all times with peers and staff, I also felt 24/7 that they was help there when needed, I would certainly recommend anybody who asks about this centre. Before I came in j was very anxious, I was immediately put at ease and felt safe from day one and my interactions with my peers have not only been eye opening but I have made several close friendships

When I came here I was in bit of a state as I was worried about my medication but after talking to the nurses and talking to Ricky I have come to terms with this and became more settled. I have felt absolutely cared for I can come to any staff and speak about my issues , I got a lot from groups and my peers have been great. I did not think I would be doing groups but I have really enjoyed them
