I am really glad I came to Oasis, I found the treatment really positive. The classes were really good information and helpful and have gained alot from them. Staff are very helpful and I felt comfortable and safe. Counselling helped a lot. My peers were friendly and helpful.

After an initial period of trepidation , fear of the unknown, I settled in very quickly. The staff have been incredibly supportive, the group sessions were the great surprise because they helped so much, I would encourage everyone to engage with as many as possible. For me this experience has been truly life saving.

Treatment was not as hard as I thought, right medication right times, bit of no sleep at the beginning but that's part of the process, I feel alot better alot more confident more cleaner and I can approach people properly now in a respectful way. I am ready for the next chapter
