Very comfortable experience. Nobody in the waiting room on arrival. Receptionist offered tea and coffee, was cheerful and a good conversationalist. Wait time wasn't an issue in the slightest, maybe a minute or two. Doctor was polite and made me feel comfortable from the second we shook hands, instilled a sense of calm and appeared to be genuinely interested in finding out the problem. In regards to mental health, in the past with different doctors, I've went in feeling that I have to convince the doctor of my problems instead of being able to just say what they are and have a course of action prescribed that I'm on board with. With this Doctor I felt like I had more of a say in what course of action I went with. I'm happy having attended my appointment.

Booking an appointment with loughview health was so easy-I went online at 10am and had an appointment booked for 10.30am in the same day. No waiting for days to be seen. My appointment was on time, very thorough and although we got to the bottom of my issue very quickly I wasn’t rushed back out the door again. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door into the reception area. Highly recommend
