Bright, spotlessly clean clinic with great parking and really easily accessed just off the motorway. Appointment was bang on time.

Excellent service seen with hours

I always have peace of mind and reassurance after my appointments at Loughview Healthcare. Dr Dermott Austin is so thorough, helpul, kind, understanding, supportive and really does exceed all expections with trying his best to help with all medical issues. The team are always so welcoming and really do make their clients feel valued in every way, Clinic is always clinically clean and it has an extremely relaxed vibe throughout to make everyone feel at ease. Very professional, helpful and straight forward

I have been twice now to see Dr Austin. Both times I was greeted by friendly and helpful reception staff who offered refreshments. The wait time was minimal. The surroundings are lovely too, not overly clinical. Dr Austin was patient and kind and put me on a path to resolve an issue that I’d been struggling with for a while. I simply cannot recommend Loughview Health highly enough.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

My experience from beginning to end is worth more than the 5 stars. Having read specific information on f/b posted by Loughview Health. I completed an online enquiry form outlining my specific health concerns, something which l suspect most men find difficult to instigate. Received a prompt phone call and arranged appointment, it was very easy to get a day & time that suited me. I had never attended a Private Practice before so didn't really know what to expect, but I needn't have worried as the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I required some tests, these were carried out by Dermott who talked me through everything and put me at ease in a calm, friendly and professional manner that I very much appreciated. I received my results via secure email a couple of days later from Dermott with a full and detailed breakdown of each result. l also received a phone call to arrange additional investigation previously discussed the following week which I thought was very good. I have been very impressed with everyone I dealt with at Loughview Health and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very comfortable experience. Nobody in the waiting room on arrival. Receptionist offered tea and coffee, was cheerful and a good conversationalist. Wait time wasn't an issue in the slightest, maybe a minute or two. Doctor was polite and made me feel comfortable from the second we shook hands, instilled a sense of calm and appeared to be genuinely interested in finding out the problem. In regards to mental health, in the past with different doctors, I've went in feeling that I have to convince the doctor of my problems instead of being able to just say what they are and have a course of action prescribed that I'm on board with. With this Doctor I felt like I had more of a say in what course of action I went with. I'm happy having attended my appointment.
