Greeted warmly at reception and offered tea or coffee. Comfortable waiting area. Dr very friendly and apologised for the wait. Dr put my son at ease, explained his findings and answered all our questions.

Overall service was fantastic! My daughter although shy at first, felt at ease with Dermott who made her smile. I would recommend and return.

I definitely will not be using my own GP practice again. From the moment I entered Loughview Reception area I was made very welcome. I did not have to wait long & was seen by DR D Austin who again welcomed me. I felt like I really mattered & was listened to about my concerns. I got a full MOT & time was taken with me & everything was explained very clearly. I have been so worried because I have been unwell for 5wks now. I felt reassured & came out like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders. Such a lovely genuine Doctor. 5 star service all the way.
