Had my first visit this morning. Friendly from reception right till the end of appointment. Also had an appointment in less an an hour booked.

I was seen within an hour of phoning and had a thorough consultation and a prescription provided. The Receptionist (Mary) was most helpful and Dr Austin explained everything to me in detail. I was very happy with my appointment.

I love to get an email titled Feeback form.

First class experience.

Dr Austin provided a very high level of professional care today. I was prescribed with medication to help with my condition. I will definitely return to Dr Austin’s surgery and recommend service to family and friends. I also would mention that the lady on reception is very friendly and professional and made me feel at ease. Many thanks

Overall a very good experience . I was welcomed by receptionist and offered refreshments. A warm , clean, comfortable waiting area . I noticed toys are available for children. I was seen promptly by GP who made me feel welcome and immediately at ease.

Helpful as ever

Very laid back, welcoming and friendly staff. Staff were very patient and engaging with my son even in the waiting area before his assessment began. Everything was explained fully to me. Neither me or my son felt rushed at any point and my concerns were listened to fully. Thank you for a brilliant service!
