Very positive first experience of Loughview. Calming clean reception area with lovely lady on desk offering tea and coffee and chatted to my children. Very welcoming. The GP appointment i felt was very thorough, not rushed and and felt very listened to when talking about my symptoms even when my 2 kids were trying to get my attention lots of patience and follow through felt like my symptoms were taken seriously and there was a plan in place which was very reassuring
