Fantastic first time experience at the practice with Dr Austin. Made me feel comfortable immediately. Took time to listen and explained things in simple terms. Had great craic and banter throughtout the appointment too! First class service overall.

Great service, normal one to one consultation with doctor, time and patience for individual, make you feel at ease not like your taking up their time, really listen to individual and helping with the correct advice and help.

I was listened to, which in this day and she of NHS, is very rare and I thank all the the staff for taking the time to listen.
