Brilliant as always lovely friendly doctors

Dr Dermot was very friendly and made me feel fully at ease. I did not feel at all rushed at the appointment. I felt that I was heard and that my concerns were acknowledged. All in all a very positive experience.

I recently visited Loughview Health, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Austin took the time to listen to my concerns, asked all the right questions, and made me feel genuinely heard. What I appreciated most was their clear communication — everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand, without rushing or using too much medical jargon.

Just absolutely amazing. With booking your appointment on line .same day appointment no waiting on phone trying to get through. Fiona was amazing reception was lovely an friendly

I felt very cared for and felt that the doctor took time to check me over when I was feeling anxious and put my mind at rest.

Dr Lee was very friendly and informative. I found her very easy to talk to. Overall my experience was more than satisfactory.

The entire experience has been so easy and stress free from start to finish. Worth every penny for peace of mind. None of the stress of endless phone calls to a surgery to try and get a ring back never mind actually see a doctor . I wouldn't hesitate to go back and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

First time using Loughview & would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff are extremely friendly & helpful. Appointments are very flexible to suit ones needs & not a long wait to see a doctor. I have no hesitation to use them again if necessary (which I hope not 😜😜). Also lovely coffee supplied.

Took my 92 year old mother to appointment and experience for her was so much better than waiting for hours in A&E and doctor was really good with my mum, she came away much more content
