I found my initial appointment very reassuring and appreciated the time the doctor took to explain things to me and to suggest options for determining the cause of my issue.

Dr Austin was as friendly and helpful as ever. He quickly diagnosed that my mother had ruptured her Achilles tendon and subsequently this was confirmed by Craigavon Hospital and Mum now has a cast on. This pain has been bothering my mother for a long time and Dr Austin’s diagnosis was spot on

My experience of Loughview Health Clinic today was just brilliant in every way.. Dr Dermott Austin is just amazing so thoughtful an caring he makes you feel totally at ease. His secretary is such a lovely pleasant lady she has just a lovely personality. My overall experience was excellent in every way.
