Excellent from booking through to appointment. The flexility of being able to select a time that suited me and the clear pricing structure all made the booking very straight forward. There was no waiting when we arrived and were taken straight in. The receptionist was very welcoming, and the doctor was very kind, provided a clear diagnosis, along with prescribing treatment and advising when a follow up would be required.

I had 2 appointments with Fiona at the clinic and honestly one of the nicest, caring compassionate Dr's I've dealt with over the years. Highly recommend going ro loughview if your struggling to get an appointment with your local GP

Very happy with the consultation. The Doctor was welcoming, informal but informative. The prescription that he issued for a cream was not available in my local pharmacy and the pharmacist said that it was hard to get from his supplier. He suggested an alternative which I hope works. I'm going to Grand Canaria on 18 May and would like to be rid of this infection by then. With hindsight tablets may have been the better option but I failed to mention my holiday to the Doctor so this is down to me!

Excellent experience… taken on time, coffee on arrival , time taken by Marie-Therese to listen , assess, explain and diagnose… Bloods taken there and then …
