Excellent from start to finish. Not rushed, extremely friendly and knowledgeable

Never thought I would write this about a GP surgery but it really was fantastic. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The reception team made sure I felt welcome and made me a latte while I waited but I did not wait very long as I was seen on time by Dr Fiona who was brilliant. Highly recommend this practice.

I was met at the door, greeted and taken straight in for the appointment (15mins early) Doctor Lamont, explained everything in a clear and concise manner, was friendly, professional and efficient. Excellent service from start to finish.

Very welcoming professional efficient

Dr Moore was absolutely so lovely and I felt confident with her. I am glad I made the appointment. It’s great to know I can get to see a GP quickly and not get stressed trying to get through on the phone to NHS GP. If I need to return I certainly will and would recommend Loughview Health to any of my family and friends.
