The booking system was straightforward and I was able to get an appointment for the same day. The staff at the clinic were very friendly creating a relaxing environment. The doctor explained everything in a clear and concise manner with a genuine caring nature.

My Lurgan gp surgery is a joke. 225 times I rang on Wednesday and didn't get an appointment. Lough view gave me an appointment within 2 days were very thorough and professional and a real pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely use them again. It's just a pity whatever money goes towards my NHS gp couldn't be diverted to loughview

I had a lovely experience throughout. I felt genuinely heard, understood and supported, and all of my concerns were listened to and addressed. The team clearly explained the pricing and the actions being taken, which gave me confidence in the process. Previous issues with invoicing were discussed and resolved, and there were no problems with the changes required to invoices. The service was excellent from start to finish and I am extremely pleased with the care and support I received. Rachel and Fiona were an absolute delight to interact with, demonstrating outstanding interpersonal skills, professionalism and warmth. My previous interactions with Dr Lee have been no different, and I have always found the same high standard of care, compassion and expertise. It was a wonderful experience overall. I only wish my GP service was as responsive, supportive and patient-centred.
