Attended for entropion and cataract surgery. Everything proceeded very smoothly with every stage carefully explained by the consultants. Hospital staff at Wilmslow were very attentive and caring. Overall, an excellent experience.

I have had life long poor vision and finally plucked up the courage to explore the options of corrective surgery. After being referred to Mr Goel by my optician I was pleased to hear that he could offer me the corrective surgery to hopefully enable me to have less dependence on glasses. Mr Goel spent a lot of time and effort discussing the pros and cons of the procedure which enabled me to make a fully informed decision regarding the procedures. He was patient and kind in his manner whilst answering all my questions. I had the lens replacement surgery which was successful and resulted in the most achievable outcome for my particular visual problems. The unexpected final result of having not to wear glasses at all has been life changing and I am immensely grateful everyday

I had cataract operations on both eyes with toric extended focus implants. Prior to this I was short-sighted with a lot of astigmatism. The result is excellent, with good vision in the distance and mid to near. I can see my phone and the dashboard but use reading specs if I'm settling down to read a book. overall exactly what I was given to expect.
