Easy and pleasant to deal with.

The facilities are well set out, light, comfortable and clean, all staff are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed and calm, which is reassuring and gives confidence. Staff look like they are happy in their work, engage well with each other and are on hand to give assistance as needed.

I recently had cataract surgery with Mr Goel. Him, and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Booking and amending appointments were so simple. He treated me with such kindness, and explained everything in a way that I could understand, and put me at ease. The results have been amazing, and I could not recommend Mr Goel and his team enough.

Could not have been any better.

I was very apprehensive at the thought of eye surgery, and to then find I had to have cataract surgery in both eyes did not help. BUT everyone was so kind and understanding of my fear that it was the best experience it could have been. Mr Goel, the nice optician man you see at the same apt, the nurse on the day of surgery that does all the eye drops before the operating theatre, the kind male nurse who agreed to hold my hand during surgery all made the world of difference to me. I actually found the second surgery much easier as I knew what to expect, so that seemed so quick and speedy, I think I was so much more relaxed it helped. Oh and I did ask them to put the radio on for second operation that I think helped me. Oh and there was never any pain, for me it was just the thought of it. I no longer need glasses for anything, I have better than 20/20 vision, and can read the back of cans in the supermarket! I have never had vision this good, it’s amazing, it was well worth it. I will always find these things scary, but my advice would be just feel the fear and do it anyway.

Excellent service and clinic

I Have had the most exellent care from Mr Quah over meany years . Also all the staff are os lovely and careing nothing is to much trouble.

My appointments were at the Spire Regency Hospital. The staff there are friendly and helpful and the waiting area is comfortable. Waiting times have improved in recent months and are now short.

Mr Goel and his team have done a wonderful job in getting my eyesight back for me. It's been a four year haul but well worth it. Such a fantastic team, I cannot thank them enough .
