I cannot thank Mr Say Aun Quah and his team for his skill and wonderful care given to me during my recent cataracts removal in both eyes. A positive and life-changing experience.

Excellent care and attention.

Very friendly, efficient and thorough service by all members of the team. I was put at ease prior to having my cataract surgery and a subsequent query was answered promptly.

Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service that I received and with the results.

It was a very positive experience

The hospital is modern and staff friendly and helpful. Improvements in communication between staff needed as we were told different info on several occasions meaning we arrived too early. Our room first day did not have toilet facility meaning we had to use general public facility. Also only 1 chair in room meaning I had to sit on trolley /bed. Nurse went to get another chair but didn’t find one.

Professional and reassuring consultation. Laser treatment the same afternoon! Discharged after follow up appointment a month later. I was very happy with the fixed price and my vision is no longer blurry. Driving feels much easier again. I was on the nhs waiting list but had been told it would be at least a six month wait. I was seen within a week of ringing Spire hospitals.
