Cairn has been fantastic in helping with my impinged shoulder. He is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything clearly, which has really helped me understand both the issue and the treatment plan. While some parts of the treatment can be painful at times (and I often end up laughing through it!), I know it’s all part of getting me back on the mend—and it’s definitely working. A massive thank you to Cairn for taking the time to properly assess my condition and establish the best treatment approach for me. His professionalism, expertise, and commitment to finding the right solution have made a real difference. Highly recommended.

Mark was friendly, knowledgeable and very good at what he does.

Damian was great help over the last 2 months. Helped me with getting rid of the pain and tightness I had in my lower back with initial treatment. After we progressed onto some stretching then strength and conditioning exercises. This helped greatly as it gave me the knowledge on how to better look after and improve reduce my back pain correctly.

Keiran was friendly and welcoming but also very professional. Very helpful.
