First time user of your service. The process of providing my medical and identity documents was ‘clunky’ I think it’d be a great idea for you to announce at the beginning of the signing up process that medical documentation and passport will need to be electronically uploaded. The doctor was respectful and efficient thank you.

After being totally ignored by my own NHS dr on multiple occasions regarding my breast cancer, the Dr online helped immensely with a referral for a necessary urgent scan and advised of the next steps. She was excellent. I’m no longer wasting any more time with the gp service I’ve been using.

Consultation with the Doctor was very efficient. The only fault with the process is the admin; I was emailed a prescription for somebody else before my consultation even started, and the Doctor I spoke to didn't seem to have any of the symptom information I had previously stated on the form.

Doctor was very empathetic, understanding and considerate. He gave me his time, expertise and made multiple suggestions with regards my health conditions. I really recommend this service.

Dr Chris is very patient with me even when I keep mourning and repeating the same things all. He’s also a good listener and deal with issues professionally.
