I consulted their Medical Director, Dr Christian Winiger, who was constructive and corrected a misconception regarding the best way to take my medication This is going to prove important over the course of the treatment. He was also keen to provide both practical help and support for weight loss, which impacts my health in general. What was noticeable, was his lack of moral judgement about my obesity, he just wanted to help me become healthier. Overall, on the strength of the consultation, I took out a subscription with Dr Online, as it will give me access to excellent health advice, when I need it. Definitely, finding this service is going to really help me over the next year.

Scheduling the appointment was very easy and seamless. Although there was an issue with the provided link for the video consultation, the customer support and Dr. Chris were quick to contact me via other means and provide an alternative link to proceed with the consultation. Dr. Chris was very warm and friendly, and quickly provided an expert assessment of the health issue in question. All in all, I thoroughly recommend this service.

Very efficient service. There were technical issues. The first call had no video. The next call no microphone so we had to use 2 separate phones. The log in pages need updating to allow a back button to return to the previous page in order to change these settings. Dr Janet Leung was excellent.

The video consultation is so much better than feeling in a form. I think the human interaction is very important. I am so pleased that I can be a part of this program.
