Oh my goodness Dr Christian was amazing. 1st he greets with a warm smile, I knew I was being listened too. My heath issues were important to him. It was the best gp experience I've ever had. The treatment plan was faultless , the follow up was most unexpected, he was genuinely taking a professional interest and helped me no end . Such a worthwhile service, literally booked an appointment at 3am while having a flare up for 9:30am the next day (Saturday) , uploaded photos and doctor was able to confirm my skin was showing signs of bacterial infection and prescribe antibiotics which I picked up from my local pharmacy within the hour. If this wasn’t available I would have had to wait for the drop on Monday or go down to A&E and use up NHS resources.

Worked well apart from some minor issues - confirmation email went to junk folder so initially not sure if appointment was booked plus sorting out camera access. The doctor rang me and helped resolve the camera issue

The discussion with the doctor was clear and he was interested in providing a good solution to my ear infection. Many thanks to him.
