Efficient but individualised; Dr Mkpadi listened carefully, answered my questions in an accessible way and went through the necessary risk assessment protocols before writing up a referral for further investigation work.

I felt totally supported and everything was well explained and the process was completely transparent. It was quick and efficient and the Dr was very friendly and kind.

It was an emergency call and the doctor was super helpful and kind understanding the situation. He was also very quick to provide the prescription after confirming the evidences requested.

Nice person. Just felt like my anxiety got the better of me. I wish I could have prepared what to talk about with more clarity and I would have really appreciated knowing the 30 minute limit beforehand so I could have managed our time better.

100% can not fault the admin team for sorting out an issue for me very helpful and efficient however After being in the room when my husband had his initial consultation I was looking forward to my conversation with my Dr however I had a very different experience and felt my dr was board and just going through the motions of a tick box question set
