Dear Dr. Christian Winiger, I am writing to you now directly, as you system has left me significantly more stressed and traumatised than I was before I came to your clinic for assistance. I have paid for my appointment (twice) but no one has attended to me. I was booked to have a consultation with Dr Markand Bhatt. I wanted a 5pm appointment for today, Sunday 30th March 2025 as it is urgent, but I was given a 6pm appointment for 5th April 2025 which was no good as it would be late. I called your number 07893 947543 to cancel it, but there was no one to answer the phone. So, I had to try and book the 5pm appointment for today again, but then your system booked this as 6pm today. I then received an email that said it was 5pm today so this was confusing as the booking confirmation page confirmed that it was 6pm and I took screenshot of this as I did of the previous before I exited. This was made more difficult, as there is no out-of-hours help desk or anyone to speak to for help or assistance in your clinic. So, an email was sent to you to ask for refund of the first booking which your system made for 6pm 5th April 2025 instead of today. I then tried to upload my ID on your system, but your system did not permit me to do this. So, as I understand it from your email I can show the doctor my ID at the appointment, so I decided to do this. However, as I had 2 conflicting appointment times - one for 5pm today as per your email of today and 6pm today as per your booking confirmation page - the screenshot of which I took, I logged in to join the call with the doctor at 5pm...

Good consultation

I just had an appointment with Markadd Bhatt. What an utter gentleman he is . I booked at 9am and then had a consult with him at 10am. I am travelling from Australia so when you’re not feeling well you need the comfort of a lovely doctor such as Dr Bhatt. Thank you and l will look forward to our consult in 2 weeks. Great service and super easy to use.

Talking with Dr Winiger is easy, and I feel seen and understood. Not only that, but if I have any sort of concerns or questions, I can ask freely, and an answer is provided to me straight away. For me personally, having a video consultation builds a better understanding, a sense of security that someone is there for me, and validation of everything I am going through.
