Small issue, initially rang to book an appointment for a broken tooth, left message on answerphone saying I was off to the USA for 2 weeks & could they fit me in for a consultation, never received a reply, so I drove down to the practice & the practice was open but door locked & nobody appeared so went away. Eventually booked on line but the date was after my return from the USA so I accepted that as i was not in pain. Not a big issue but a return call or email would have been nice.

After being on your waiting list, I received excellent service when I was invited to join your practice, I had my assessment appointment the next day & have now joined Denplan with the kind help & patience from Lisa C.

I am so happy to finally have an NHS dentist after 4 years on the waiting list and to get an appointment so quickly (within 48 hrs) and then to be able to get treatment within the week is amazing.

It was a pleasant experience. Needed to use the facilities and they were very clean. I went as an emergency via 111 so I had to wait a short while to be seen.

Efficient service for an emergency appointment. Reception staff booked me in quickly. The dentist took time to assess what was my concerns and what to do in the future

The dental staff are lovely but the reception staff are always miserable and can't be bothered to even speak let alone be friendly
