The overall experience was good. However, on this occasion (and the last) we waited well beyond our appointment time and saw the dentist move from one side of the office to the other (where treatments were held) prior to seeing us so seemingly there was no one being seen ahead of our appointment time. I can only assume they were running late from before lunch. All we needed was to be told, the dentist is running half an hour late and we would have accepted that and waited patiently. But, I was with my 89 year old father and waiting that long is not easy at that age when no explanation or apology is forthcoming. Pls. next time, 'so sorry, dentist is running x mins late' That'll do it.

Rang re cracked tooth and concern about infection because of medical history. Emergency appointment given within 2 hours. Excellent dentist not previously seen. Examination and X-ray. Temporary filling on tooth. Advised to keep appointment already made for following week for discussion on dental plan because extractions would have to be in Hospital. Felt very confident with this dentist and her assistant.

With my husband away at sea as a bomb disposal diver in the navy I have to bring my two young children with me for us all to have an appointment time together - and again it saw us having to wait more 20 minutes to be seen even though we had a booked time slot!

Following a checkup, I made a 1 hour appt for an extraction. This appt was cancelled by the practice and a further appt made for this visit. I waited 30 minutes to be seen, only to be toLd that if I wanted an extraction, I should have booked a 60 min appt and not a 30 minute one, even though this was the one that the practice reschedule! Next suitable 60 minute is in January, some 4 months after my initial visit!

I felt that the reception area needs the radio back, to soften the atmosphere and put anxious people at ease

Once at the dental practice everything was great. However, trying to get in contact with the practice was somewhat trying. Calls to the practice only ever go to a recorded message with 2 options - Press 1 to leave a message, Press 2 to hold! Pressing 2 however cuts off the line.

Was seen the next day for a rearranged appointment, was waiting less than 30 minutes and had already filled in forms online. Dentist was lovely and very informative.
