Over running having to wait… dentist saw was rude and made comments that weren’t necessary

Appointment times are never adhered to although to a certain extent it is very understandable: The dentist never knows what will be needed with patients. Completion of forms for every visit, generally repeats what is already known. Unless there are changes it would seem unnecessary where the patient is registered with the practice. Most annoying is the fact you can rarely get a response on any telephone call. Allowing for reception staff being busy. Calls should need more attention,

Excellent receptionist & lovely man fixed my broken tooth superbly, tremendous skill to fix the issue .

The dentist was so kind. I was very nervous as had a bad experience before covid and when I needed dental care covid messed that up and now I’m left with no dentist. He was very helpful with what treatment I need and did his best to help and let me know all my options.
