From my first meeting with Mr Pavier, through to my operation and post operative consultations he has provided an excellent level of care. At all of our meetings and even on the day of the operation he combined a professional approach with the ability to explain things in a simplistic friendly way that non-medical people like myself can understand. My wife attended all our meetings with me. Mr Pavier ensured she was part of the appointments and listened to her views and concerns along with mine. Nether of us ever felt pressured for time during our appointments and we got the distinct feeling the meeting would be over when we were both happy and felt confident to make an informed decision. Surgery is a serious matter, Mr Pavier is highly professional but is able to discuss matters in a friendly, open way that sets you as the patient at ease. 6 weeks into my recovery things are going well, but I know if I have any concerns he is there to help.
