Everyone was professional, kind and friendly. I was very well looked after.

The staff at reception were so kind, friendly, welcoming. Wonderfully relaxed atmosphere in the waiting room which is so important when you’re waiting for an appointment. Hospital is beautiful and really clean. The doctor and nurse were both kind, friendly, calming and informative. Fantastic experience, can’t thank the team enough!

I had an excellent experience in this hospital and found all the staff to be kind and totally understanding whilst you feel at your most vulnerable post-op. The only negative aspect for us was the difficulty of car parking.

Very good experience at Mount Alvernia. Reception was business like but friendly. The waiting area is comfortable and I was seen in a timely manner.

I know Mount Alvernia very well as I was PA to a consultant Head and Neck surgeon and we had our office there, which obviously made my time there easier as the staff knew me or of me and really looked after me.
