I have been very impressed with the care I have received from Professor Rymer and Ms Dave who manages the appointments. They have been incredibly throrough, caring, responsive and have communicated very effectively with me at all times. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.

Janice Rymer is beyond professional, expert and caring. She has a creativity and thoughtfulness for how I might be treated that makes such a difference to my life. A woman at the very top of her game.

I was surprised that my consultation was so short for the price paid. I had no test, not even a blood test and have to wait for a scan with another Dr. I took private insurance because I thought that I will receive a better treatment but so far I am not impressed
I am sorry to hear that you feel you had a bad experience. The usual consultation time is 15-30 mins during which time the consultant takes the medical history and if required performs a clinical examination and would request the approrpiate tests at the time , which are not always carried out at the time of the appointment as some tests require for an appointment to be made. As for blood tests these would be carried out only if they required to exclude any abnormality related to specific symptoms , if not then blood tests are not carried out routinely. Also if a patient is a self-pay sometimes the consultant will request the GP to carry out tests to avoid incurring high costs to the patient .
