I went to bodyset with a long standing lower back issue and had 10 sessions with Olivia with the view to correcting it. Over the course of the 10 session, Olivia provided sound advice alongside a structured plan to move and strengthen the lower back and surrounding areas. I saw significant progress throughout the treatment and was discharged after session 10 due to the progress made from following Olivias guidance. Overall I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Olivia and bodyset.

Olivia helped my recovery of a persistent injury. She designed a treatment programme that gradually helped to heal my injury and got me back to running again.
