Comfortable environment professional service

Having not been in a good place with my health, I now feel I am on the right path, I still have a way to go all the way there has been total support.

Urban TRT have been amazing from start to finish, the customer service is top notch and the knowledge of the doctors is second to none. I have since referred one of my close friends and they have echoed my views. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Admin team are really friendly and very helpful with any questions. They are also very quick to respond to emails which is amazing. Dr Chris Airey is brilliant, he goes through every blood marker and explains everything clearly. I transferred to this clinic from Optimale as the service and protocol I was on didn’t feel very optimal for me. In my opinion, UrbanTRT is way better and I now understand what truly personalised TRT looks like. The difference in how I feel, the communication, and the level of detail they go into has been top quality.
