Just a really lovely, gentle dental practice. Has spa type vibes in the waiting area, beautiful essential oil smells and soothing music. I've seen several dentists here over the years and without exception they have all been brilliant. My children go here now too.

Lovely welcome and seen on time . staff very professional and room well ventilated.

SCPH generally was very clean, well presented and created the impression of a friendly, caring atmosphere. My room was comfortable with all en-suite facilities I could wish for. A sole minor downside about the hospital is the lack of adequate car parking

My appointment was booked over the phone for 9.45am 3/2/23 as the practice had called me to say my impressions were back , turned up to find no appointment had been put in the dentists diary , when asked how that could happen the receptionist was so rude and her attitude towards me was appalling and she came across with that attitude I heard when dealing with everyone whilst I was waiting In reception for it to be resolved that she just didn’t want to be there and an appalling employee for your company , she refused to give her name when asked hence this complaint

On each of my visits over the last 9 months the service has been great. Efficient, on time and very professional. The protocols for ensuing client safety and preventing Covid-19 transmission work well and are executed consistently
