I attended for a wisdom tooth removal, deep gum clean and Ameloplasty. A process I was not looking forward to at all. However, I found the whole process from initial examination, report and recommendations, professional, informative and reassuring. The treatment was expertly carried out and ,considering what was being undertaken, pretty pain-free with any "twinges" immediately dealt with. Two days later, I am comfortable and pain-free.

The only reason why I rated less on overall experience was because of the car park. Too small and always full. I spent almost 30 minutes to find a parking space and now I’m worried I may get a ticket due to parking hurriedly so I don’t miss the appointment

I was completely satisfied with the whole experience. Simon was friendly and efficient as usual and the procedure went well.

One can tell this is a well run practice as soon as one steps inside the door. It is always immaculately clean and tidy and the receptionist staff are friendly, polite and efficient. My hygienist and dentist are professional, reassuring and highly competent.

Was very pleased to discover that I had been reimbursed for some treatment that I had already been told might not last, which turned out to be the case. I was very impressed by the hygienist who was the best I have ever experienced.

Friendly and efficient dentist but the temporary crown fell off the following day. I was only eating soup! So I need to have another appointment to fix it as there are 2 weeks to go until my final crown is ready.

Amazing practice staff very friendly and always polite! Been a patient here for many years and would not go anywhere else.
