I was very well looked after as a day patient and the staff were very caring and efficient

The ward staff were so kind and couldn’t do enough to make sure I was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious and everyone made me feel safe and welcome.

Rose (midwife) and Dr Shah were both very thorough and kind and were able to put our concerns at ease. Really grateful for their help

Good but busy

Highly recommend The London Clinic, and in particular Dr Saoirse Dolly, who I saw regarding my vague/ non-specific symptoms. All clinical and administrative staff at The London Clinic are highly skilled and compassionate, which is of great reassurance not only as a patient undergoing such investigations but also for one’s family.

Waiting time was just a couple of minutes and staff are friendly

The nurses were really kind and the environment was calm, professional and clean.

The overall experience is excellent.
