My appointment with Dr Sue Keneally was a very pleasant experience. I was quite nervous going into it but she was very reassuring and I felt listened to and understood and that my feelings were valid.

The Cromwell was fantastic when our daughter was unwell and saw her in isolation when there was no provision to do so elsewhere, grateful that this hospital had the facilities and provision to do so.
