Excellent friendly & professional care

The hospital is airy and bright, it has a modern contemporary vibe. The staff and friendly, helpful snd welcoming. The tea & coffee facilities are great. Parking is easy. The medical secretaries are helpful and always call back if not immediately available.

The receptionist at The Manor was very pleasant and helpful. Parking was very nearly an issue, despite the early morning appointment and it’s a nightmare for larger vehicles. The hospital itself seems clean, decor a little dowdy - very crowded.

A very enjoyable experience provided by some very professional, friendly and caring staff. You are ALL a great bunch and are a credit to GenesisCare! Sadly, I wish miss your kindness and friendship through a worrying time. I will especially will miss one person in particular, and I am sure that she knows who she is!! Early morning admittance receptionist was a bit spikey but otherwise it was a great experience, shout out to nurse Haille, fab aneathetist and everyone who made me feel better. Well organised, top place 👏

Every moment spent at the Spire Dunedin hospital was a wonderful experience. Each nurse I met shared their utmost kindness before, during and after the operation. I was beautifully looked after, and cannot thank them enough.

Everyone was very helpful and professional and almost all of the staff were very friendly and kind. The catering was excellent and the quality of food was superb.
