I cannot praise Mr Nama enough. From the start, he was calm, explained everything to me in great detail, gave me time to ask questions, was respectful and totally put me at ease. I had complete trust and confidence in him. This meant that I was calm on the run up to the procedure. Mr Nama met with me before and after the procedure on the day and came to see me before I was released. He has also checked in to follow up to see how my recovery is going. I understand that my procedure was more difficult than expected and I appreciate mr Nama’s determination to complete via keyhole, meaning my recovery will be shorter. I am thankful that I was referred to Mr Nama and highly recommend him.

Miss Touqmatchi was absolutely brilliant for the entire of my pregnancy/birth/post natal care. She is very warm, caring and very knowledgeable. I had a couple of complications with my pregnancy and she easily explained both the issues and what my options were in an empathetic manner each time. This was my first time experiencing pregnancy/giving birth but I could not imagine a better experience. I will definitely be going back to her if I get pregnant again.

I first met Dr Lillian Ugwumadu in October 2019, She has been such a support for me in dealing with Endometriosis over this time. Her professionalism and understanding is very reassuring and has given me 100% trust in her throughout my whole experience. she is very friendly and I always feel very comfortable being able to discuss personal medical issue's with her in a very open manner. Lillian's expertise in making a plan of action when we discuss issue's has been superb. Executes delivery in everything Lillian says she will do for me, whether it be booking scans, following up with results in timely manner or answering questions when I have felt unsure of things, the service in which I have received from her is efficient, polite and professional.

I'd struggled for over 10 years with a vaginal issue. It had been misdiagnosed as thrush, cystitis, DIV, CV and other things with no resolution. I'd been taking medication for each of them to nil effect. I'd been to the NHS twice, private healthcare with another specialist, had a microbiome scan done and also consulted with experts in the US. After many years of struggling in pain, I finally found Dr Ugwumadu. He seemed to know so much more about what he was talking about - he asked incisive questions to try to understand what was going on. He took time to do a number of tests which came back negative. When a previous specialist saw this they just ignored the negative tests and said it was probably still thrush. Dr Ugwumadu took the results seriously and realised that negative results meant it was something else. He was able to recognise that what I was struggling with was skin related. It was transformational for me and made a lot of sense. He recommended a treatment plan and I've felt better than I have in years. He's also just a lovely person and takes the time to explain things to you, often things which are quite complicated. He also says he treats the whole person rather than just the issue which felt definitely true to me. I originally saw him through the NHS but given the long waiting lists I chose to see him privately after that and I'm so glad I did. I couldn't sing his praises more - he was truly amazing. Thank you!

I had quite an uncomfortable procedure but Mr Furtado made me feel relaxed throughout. He was very professional and I am very confident of a positive outcome. I would happily see him again for any other similar issues.
