Over the last few months I have had many appointments that eventually resulted in a surgery with Dr. Jahangir Ahmed . I have had a very positive experience throughout. He was incredibly polite, professional, and made me feel comfortable at every step of the way. Dr. Jahangir Ahmed explained my condition and treatment options clearly and concisely, ensuring I was well-informed. His expertise in ENT care was evident, and his recommendations were thoughtful and tailored to my needs.

Mr Gibbins very kindly saw me at extremely short notice. We did not have long, but he was kind, thoughtful, responsive, reassuring. He explained very carefully and thoroughly what the problem was (without going into alarming detail), and, should there be any further cause, I would not hesitate to return to him. A very positive experience which put me at much better ease!

Mr Ghufoor impressed me from our first meeting to the last. He methodically worked to identify my ailment (sleep apnea) and gave me options to mitigate it. I chose surgery to remove an enlarged tonsil after discussing the pros and cons with him. He predicted the entire process and gave me the comfort and confidence to proceed, knowing there would be painful moments as I healed. I haven’t slept this well in years, my energy is back, and I feel like I have a new lease on life, thanks to Mr Ghufoor. I highly recommend him.

Dr Eynon-Lewis was great and post-op has been very helpful in helping me deal with any questions or issues.

Mr Veer took the time to listen and upon examination then explained in a very clear manner what the problem is and was more than happy to answer any queries and did so in a very helpful manner. Initially I was very nervous about getting the endoscopy but dr Karagama held a very calming manner which made it all easy, it was over in a few minutes The Botox procedure very, Karagama spoke to me before hand, once again he made me feel very confident and at ease.
