Miss Valerie Saw recently performed very successful cataract surgery on both of my eyes and provided excellent advice and solutions to manage and significantly improve my dry eye and blepharitis conditions. Miss Saw is highly professional, extremely thorough, and communicated brilliantly throughout the whole process, so I felt confident every step of the way. During my initial consultation Miss Saw identified some complications with my left eye. She ensured further tests were carried out where required, to ensure the surgery would be a success. Miss Saw clearly explained: my diagnosis; all of my options; and provided excellent information regarding the surgery and aftercare. During the surgeries she explained what was happening, as a result I felt at ease during the operations. She is very patient and was willing to answer all my questions and is very personable and has great people skills. Miss Saw provided excellent aftercare and is supported by a great team who made sure I was looked after extremely well during the whole procedure. I now have a “new set of eyes” and can see clearly, and colours are bright, and details are sharp. I first met Dr Jain at the Royal Free where I was being seen because my eye was turning out. He was extremely helpful and understood what was happening. He explained my options and successfully operated on my eye twice to correct the turn. This has made a huge difference to my daily life and I cannot thank him enough.
