Absolutely exemplary, care and treatment by Professor Ralph and all his team, and from all at the ward. I was so apprehensive and concerned going into this journey, but from the very first consultation with Prof Ralph my mind was put at ease and I kew that I would be in the most capable and competent care, and this proved to be the case. Now at Post surgery I look back at the procedure and cannot fault the quality of care at each and every aspect and touch point from pre to post op. Always friendly and accommodating. Easy to book online and easy to speak to over the phone as well. They have a lot of specialties which makes it very convenient. Overall they have very good specialists.

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient
