Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.

From the welcome at reception to the team of each procedure (scans, blood tests), the team were professional, kind and welcoming.

I had a brilliant experience with the Clinic. I felt validated with my symptoms being taken seriously and I was treated with respect throughout.

The hospital was competent and helpful

All the staff were great, friendly and helpful. Very clean waiting area and toilets. Good parking available.

This is fine but as it is not known by the above name to the public this survey needs to add in brackets ( Hammersmith) next to the title as this hospital is technically no view or proximity to thames itself so it was misleading trying to choose for purpose of your survey. My experience at this hospital always has been excellent.
