Appointments were excellent, short waiting time and efficient on the day. However, on the day of the operation we were asked to arrive by 12 midday and was not operated till gone 4pm which was a long nervous wait of 4 hours. Scheduling of patients with the consultant should be more efficient to ensure less waiting time. I was scheduled to be first on the list but ended up being last!

Great experience at this hospital which is run very efficiently by friendly, caring and professional staff. I could not fault any aspect of service or care from when I first walked in to the point of discharge. The room for my overnight stay was clean and had everything I needed. The food was really nice and I was really well cared for.
