I got a good experience

I had a brilliant experience with the Clinic. I felt validated with my symptoms being taken seriously and I was treated with respect throughout.

The hospital is based in the heart of London with good transport connections - St Paul's Tube station. Elizabethan line (Farringdon). The hospital is located it two modern buildings - outpatient and inpatient buildings, it is very clean inside, The hospital staff are polite and helpful. Some of the Consultants are from the Barts Health, The Royal London and St Bartholomew Hospital, the leading NHS Hospitals in London. The hospital is equipped with state of the art equipment. There is a pharmacy on site. Appointments are available at a short notice.

Friendly clean welcoming space

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Very good attitude by all staff I was in contact with. Mr Blackburn was clear in explaining what was being done and most sensitive.

Organised and prompt establishment.

The staff were welcoming, checked I was content with everything. Kept me up to date on what was happening. I was worried about the procedure (I was anxious due to my previous stroke) but they then spent time helping me relax and advised me on the help I could get to reduce my anxiety.
