Mr Minas was very helpful and welcoming. He explained everything thoroughly and in a way that I could understand. He took time to answer any questions I had and didn't rush me. He went through all the risks and benefits of the surgery that I needed as well as medication after the surgery to ensure I could make an informed decision. He always made me feel very comfortable. He managed to get me booked in for surgery with only 4 days notice due to a cancellation slot coming up. I am very grateful for his expertise and for doing my surgery at such short notice.
