Ben is extremely easy to speak to and confide in. He makes the experience very comfortable and safe. He is understanding and has a great way of handling difficult sessions. He allowed me to come to huge realisations on my own, but slowly working through what was happening in my past and present. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I had a pleasure working with Dr Olga Konstantinidou for almost a year and it was an incredible journey. Since the first session I was made welcome and felt like sessions with her are the safe place for me to share my pain and troubles. She helped me immensely to overcome my challenges, guiding me through the process and teaching me new techniques. Matina is very good at giving me ways that reframe my thinking to help get me out of my anxiety funks. Additionally she is very compassionate. Sometimes, therapists can be quite dry l and that makes it difficult to be open about the issues we deal with. I find that her compassionate manner makes me feel ok to be open and honest and not feel foolish for feeling the way I do. Overall I am feeling more equipped at handling anxieties

My son likes joe's easy-going and kind manner. As my son feels stressed, worried, and anxious easily, it is good for him to have the time with Joe to release the emotions and tentions. My son loves singing and Joe encourages him to sing and to express himself during the sessions, which is great. He also likes to play the battle ship.We appreciate the integrative creative approach.

Marc is kind, caring, responsive, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Marc to anyone that is in need of assistance from a mental health perspective. I got to know Marc through our early sessions of CBT, which helped an awful lot during some darker times associated with vestibular migraine. Thank you again.

Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice. My experience with her was a great and I can't thank her enough for her time.
