Excellent doctor, from the very beginning of the consultation he made clear that I would leave with a clear plan forward. My experience of egg freezing at the Lister was really positive from start to finish. I am really grateful to Mr Nicopoullos who was is extremely knowledgeable and skilful at explaining things clearly. I went to my appointment for a Mirena coil fitting having heard many bad stories from friends about how unpleasant having them inserted can be. My experience with Mr Holland was the exact opposite - it felt no worse than a smear test and whilst uncomfortable at times, it was generally very tolerable and Mr Holland was very efficient. I also appreciated that it was guided by ultrasound (as I understand that’s not always the case) so I left confident that it is in the right place.
