I have just completed an egg freezing cycle with Dr Jones, and I couldn't have been more impressed with the experience. Dr. Jones is an exceptional fertility specialist whose expertise and compassionate care made a stressful process actually enjoyable! From the initial consultation, he took the time to thoroughly explain the process, using data and evidence, which really solidified my decision to go ahead with the process. Throughout the cycle, Dr. Jones was consistently attentive and supportive. He reviewed every scan and updated me with my progress at every step. The level of personalized care I received was outstanding; I always felt like a priority. I recommend Dr Jones wholeheartedly and will be back to see him again for another cycle over the Summer!

My experience of egg freezing at the Lister was really positive from start to finish. I am really grateful to Mr Nicopoullos who was is extremely knowledgeable and skilful at explaining things clearly. Even though I always had many questions, I never felt rushed and he always took the time to listen and to make me feel at ease. You can really tell how passionate he is about his profession and for providing the best care for his patients. I would also like to thank his whole team for providing such excellent service and care. Mr Tom Holland was extremely clear with his explanation of what was happening, any concerns I had he answered with ease and made me feel like I could ask any question big or small.
